Integrated Patashala

Goals

Integrated patasala initiative was started with the blessings of acharyas to teach traditional values, moral education along with conventional education to prospective students. The students (Vidhyarthis) are given the opportunity to develop and excel themselves in diverse skills such as Vedas, Pooja Vidhanams, Shlokas, Arts along with languages, Mathematics and Sciences. The vision is that the Vidhyarthis upon graduation will help preserve and propagate these traditions and values as Dharma Pracharakas. Details of the Integrated patashala schools and programs can be found here

By offering free, high quality blended curriculum that includes both vedic and secular education to these families, the Patasala initiative helps them send their children to these schools thereby sustaining the vedic traditions.

Our Role

Even though Integrated Patasalas has been supported by devotees individually over the past few years, Kanchi Kamakoti Seva Foundation (KKSF) started a focused fund raising drive in 2020 by promoting the ‘Dollar a Day’ scheme. The primary objective of this scheme is to provide financial support to the various initiatives in the patasalas including supporting the increasing student body, investing in capital improvement projects and/or introducing new education programs.

Results
